List Employees with Skills Profile

Retrieves a paginated list of employees along with their associated skill profiles. Each employee record includes basic details (such as employee ID, external ID, email, and full name) and a list of skills with proficiency, validation scores, AI-inferred ratings, and classification metadata.

The response supports optional filtering based on the skill modifiedOn timestamp, allowing clients to fetch only employees whose skill data has been updated after a specified date.

Each skill object contains detailed attributes including:

Skill identifiers and taxonomy mapping
Skill classification details
Various validation scores (self, manager, AI inference, etc.)
Weighted proficiency and AI inference scores
Skill gap and required proficiency metrics
AI-inferred ratings with explanations (if available)

The API returns paginated results with metadata such as current page number, total pages, total record count, and navigation flags (hasNextPage, hasPreviousPage).
Default page size is 50, with a maximum limit of 100.
